Air Transport

Travel Tools - Air Transport

Similar as with accommodation, first I try to get a general idea what the airfares are. For that, I usually go to Azair (low-cost airlines) and Skyscanner (for, basically, everything). After that it’s just a perseverance game, checking out everything from deals to airlines’ own websites. Sometimes it’s worth considering making an additional stop on the way and discovering a new destination.

Also important is figuring out how much comfort am I willing to sacrifice. Not to mention the additional costs of getting to and from the airport (Sleeping in Airports is good for that), especially if that airport is far away from the city (hello, Paris Beauvais!).
